I absolutely can’t believe that the month of August is almost over. Where did this summer go? Where did this MONTH go? Did you know that during the month of August there were several days devoted to pies? National Lemon Meringue Pie Day was Aug 15;  National Ice Cream Pie Day was Aug 18;  National Chocolate Pecan Pie Day was Aug 20; and National Peach Pie Day was Aug 24. I know that this is a few days late but I’m going to share with you a simple recipe for Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Pie. This was my first time making it but it definitely won’t be my last!

  6. I like Cherry Pie the best. Do not have a recipe or it. I buy it at the store. The last time I tried to make one my husband called it “cherry soup”

  7. Picking a favorite is hard, cuz we love our pie. If we had to pick one, it would probably be strawberry rhubarb.

  8. My favorite is peanut butter pie, but our recipe is a bit different. Ours is made with the Oreo crust, cream cheese, peanut butter, cool whip, and hot fudge. I love Reese’s, but we have never added the candy to our pie. I am going to bookmark your recipe because I love ice cream and I bet your version of peanut butter pie tastes better than mine! =)

  9. Thank You for the giveaway…our favorite pie to make is Dutch Apple; we use recipes we find online, or in old cookbooks.
