This past week or so I've been feeling like I'm in a bit of a design slump. My kids officially started distance learning with new materials being introduced and new schedules to learn. We were supposed to be on spring break in Tennessee. Plans to visit my sister, Kate, got canceled and instead we were quarantined at home.

My husband was off from work. For the first time since all of this started we were all home together. All these things together aren't exactly a recipe for creativity and motivation.

I decided to go through my files of SVG cut files and free printables to see if there were any hidden gems. Did I create something great but just never go around to sharing it?

There it was. I must designed this a few years ago and in the craziness of life, I didn't get around to sharing it.

I love how timely God is. Motivated to try to not make this Easter a total bust, I managed to snag some Easter candy and baskets to put together for my kids. I plan on making them each one of their favorite foods on Sunday. Making a mental checklist of all the "things" I wanted to provide for them, I easily lost sight of the real reason we are celebrating Easter in the first place.

It has nothing to do with the Easter bunny but everything to do with the Lamb of God. The Lamb who was slain; the Lamb who takes away the sins of the world. What a beautiful FREE gift that Jesus, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, has given us.

In a perfect blogging world, this design would have been out sometimes in March. I'll be honest, you could have seen it as early as February. I think we can all agree the life is certainly unpredictable.
