Is it just me or does it seem that you rarely see honeysuckle bushes around anymore? As kids we used to love pulling the stems out of the flower and tasting the honey. Soo yummy! Well, since it’s spring (finally) and my poor hands have taken a beating from this harsh winter weather I decided that a batch of Honeysuckle Sugar Scrub was in order. And oh boy, it smells so good!

The recipe is so simple. 4 ingredients is all it takes. Make some for yourself or give some as a gift. Either way you’ll be happy you whipped it up!

HONEYSUCKLE SUGAR SCRUB SUPPIES

1C White Sugar

1/2 C Coconut Oil

10-12 Drops of Abbey & Sullivan Honeysuckle Fragrance Oil

Yellow & Red Food Coloring

Honeysuckle Sugar Scrub-feature

Take a cup of sugar and pour it into a bowl. Measure out a half a cup of coconut oil and stir into sugar. To get a nice orange-y color, mix 10 drops of yellow and one drop of red and stir until it’s mixed throughout. Add about 10 drops of fragrance oil and stir as well.
