Candy Corn Rice Krispie Treats
(affiliate links below)
Calling all candy corn lovers! Did you know that you could buy candy corn marshmallows? I happened upon them on one of my regular trips to Target and just knew that Candy Corn Rice Krispie Treats were in my future. If you don’t have a Target nearby, you can snag there HERE on Amazon.
If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen one of my recent posts about my weight loss journey. Now, I LOVE sweets and I LOVE to bake and being on this journey has been pure torture for me. I want to bake SO BAD! But I totally don’t trust myself because once that Kitchen Aid comes out to play, I’m a goner. Even though I love rice krispie treats, I knew that this was a pretty safe treat for me to whip up.
Once the treats were cool, I drizzled some melted white chocolate over the top. Yum, yum, yum!
3 Tbsp Butter
1 10oz package of Candy Corn Marshmallow
6 Cups of Rice Krispies Cereal
White Melting Chocolates
Disposable Pastry Bag
In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat.
Add Marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and add cereal. Stir until all of the cereal is well-coated in the marshmallow-y, buttery mixture.
Spread mixture into a nice even layer in a greased pan. Allow to cool.
Following package instructions, melt chocolate, spoon into pastry bag and drizzle the melted chocolate all over the cooled treat.
Cut and serve.

Oh now I see candy corn marshmallows. So sorry. Will have to try this. No white chocolate tho. Got to save those calories. They sure look pretty.
I tried to leave a few out of the recipe so that I could take a picture of them but my 3 year old had other plans for them! lol 🙂
