If you’re looking for a simple and useful Teacher Appreciation Gift Idea, this Apple Crisp Mason Jar Gift is it!
During the month of May teachers everywhere are being celebrated and appreciated during Teacher Appreciation week. Breakfasts and luncheons are being organized. Gifts are being made. Room parents are sneaking around trying to put together surprises for the teachers. And at the end of the week teachers are coming home with full hearts and gifts galore. I love this apple crisp teacher gift idea because it’s useful. Not only do they get the ingredients for a yummy treat but they can recycle the mason jar and use it in so many different ways.
Teacher Appreciation Gift Idea
This is seriously the easiest gift you can give. And inexpensive too. You literally just need store bought apple crisp mix (I found mine in the produce section at Stop and Shop), a mason jar and the free printable tags available for download below. Can’t get any easier than that, right?
I used a wide mouth mason jar for this project. The green gingham circle on the download sheet will fit a jar of that size. If you use a standard mason jar you can just trace the inner part of the lid on the green circle and trim it down to fit. I also just put the tag with the instructions right behind the “An Apple for a Teacher” tag. You can always used double sided adhesive or a glue stick to stick them together back to back if you want. I’m all about easy and this was the easiest.
