A few weeks ago I read the post Teacher Appreciation Gifts {What Teachers Really Want} over at U Create and thought it was such a great post. Lots of great, practical gift ideas that teachers love to receive. After reading it I came up with this super Teacher Appreciation Gift: Washi Tape Notepads.

Washi Tape Note Pads

I picked up a pack of 5 mini notepads from Target for $1.97, a few stamp pads from Hobby Lobby (already had the stamps and washi tape) and got to work. All you need to do is cover the binding at the top of the notepad with washi tape, and stamp the pages any way you want them.

It’s hard to see but at the bottom of the photo above you can lightly see a cute little doodle circle with a teachers initials in it. I did this on each page of the notepad as well as those little vines in the margin. I thought this little bit of personalization would be a nice touch.

On another notepad I used this adorable “Hi” stamp from Close to My Heart and stamped the whole pad. Make each one different, tie a bow on a stack of notepads and you have a simple and totally useful Teacher Appreciation Gift.
