One of the cheapest and easiest ways to decorate a child’s bedroom is to print and frame free printable wall art. I created an entire series last year called Inspiring Wall Art for Kids. Today I created an adorable new inspiring Children’s Wall Print using a quote that I love.
The first time I heard this quote was in the movie (affiliate link) What A Girl Wants and it’s stuck with me. I have no idea who said it first but it’s something that I think every child (and adult) needs to remember. I especially want my kids to know this. My girls are 10 and 12 and at this age there is a lot of peer pressure. The idea that they need to have what everyone else has or do what everyone else is doing is a strong force they have going through them right now. And the sooner they realize that they don’t have to fit in, the better.
I’ve had to have several conversations with them about this. Especially raising them in the Lord, there will be plenty of times that they need to be set apart and have to stand out. It’s hard sometimes for them to hear but it needs to be said. And they need to be reminded.

So, while this design is juvenile in nature, no child is ever to young that it’s okay to stand out from the rest.

I mentioned in an earlier post that one of my favorite font sites, Fontbundles.net has launched a new site, Design Bundles. I tried out their first design bundle and created this fun print. The design bundle includes 2200 fonts, design elements, backgrounds, patterns, textures, etc……….for $32. Crazy right?
You can get the clip art and backgrounds that I used in this design HERE.
There are 4 versions of this Children’s Wall Print – 3 patterned backgrounds and one solid white background. The design is 8×10 so you can print it right out onto white card stock and trim to fit into your 8×10 frame.
Here’s a quick peek at the last 3 designs.
