Petal Tiered Skirt Tutorial

Rounding out Sienna's Spring Collection, I give you the Petal Tiered Skirt.

My inspiration came from Katy at No Big Dill's Divine Grace. I wanted to create an easy, fun skirt for my preppy niece, utilizing Katy's gorgeous petal sleeve embellishment. Robert Kaufman's Metro Living fabric line fit the bill, adding a contemporary twist to this classic look. And the piping gives the skirt its finishing touch.
