Thanks so much for stopping by The Girl Creative. I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Diana Miller and I live in New York’s Hudson Valley. When I began this blog back in 2009, it was a way for me to share my crafts, recipes and DIY projects that I created with my kids or for my kids.

Over the last 16 years it’s evolved into a site where I mostly share my Free SVG Designs (for Cricut and Silhouette users) as well as Free Printables for your home, holidays and special occasions.

I also have a small Etsy shop where you can purchase some SVGs for commercial use. These are ideal for small business owners who sell finished products.

I have an email community of over 60k members. I give my subscribers an opportunity to ask for prayer when I send out my newsletters because no need is too big or too small for God.

Random Facts About Me

• I just turned 50 and I can’t remember a time where I wasn’t a follower of Jesus.
• I’ve been married for almost 23 years and my husband and I met online (before it was really a thing).
• I have 3 kids. Emilee, 21, Gracie, 18 and Kole, 14.
• I’m the youngest of 4 girls and probably the craziest one of us all.
• I love to laugh and make people laugh. I also speak fluent sarcasm.
• A few years ago I was at my highest weight of almost 300 pounds. I had VSG (sleeve) surgery in May of 2022 and I’ve lost almost 150 pounds since then. Next to accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior, getting married and having kids, this was one of the best decisions of my life.
• I work part time at an elementary school as a library assistant and a lunch/recess monitor. The kids are crazy but I wouldn’t change it for anything.
• I’ve been homeschooling my 14 year old son for the last 2 years and it’s been an experience! Ha!
• I have 4 pets: 2 dogs and 2 cats.
