Single Serve Chocolate Pudding Pie

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of DairyPure Milk for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

The weather is getting hotter and this girl is not about to add extra heat to my house but turning on the oven. But that won’t stop me from eating some delicious sweets and treats this summer. I whipped up this oh-so-yummy single serve chocolate pudding pie real quick and without the use of my oven. Boom! Did I mention it has a homemade no bake crust? This post just keeps getting better, right?!

Chocolate Pudding Pie-Hero

Chocolate pudding pie is one of my favorite desserts to make and eat and I love it that it’s easy to make. It’s hard to find something that everyone in my family likes but this, this is it! And for little kiddies like mine who aren’t a fan of drinking milk, this is a sneaky way to get into their diet.

Right now we are in our busiest time at home; soccer and t-ball season. These single serve chocolate pudding pies are a wonderful make-ahead dessert that allows us to grab a quick treat after dinner before heading out to games and practices.

For this recipe I used DairyPure milk. You can pick it up at your local supermarket. It’s a simple choice for moms and if you are wondering why you should pick DairyPure milk over another brand, here’s why:

DairyPure milk is the only milk backed by an exclusive 5 Point Purity Promise.

  1. No artificial growth hormones (note: “No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from cows treated with the artificial growth hormone rbST and non‐rbST‐treated cows.”)
  2. All milk is tested for antibiotics
  3. Continuously quality tested to ensure purity
  4. Only from cows fed a healthy diet
  5. Cold shipped fresh from your local dairy

Step Four: Remove crust and pudding from the refrigerator and start to assemble your single service chocolate pudding pie. You can ultimately do 2 layers of each ingredient: crust, pudding and whipped topping. I did a variation of that and the ones pictured below. No matter how you do it, this recipe is delicious! It was a huge hit for the whole family!

Tip: Use a pastry bag to pipe the whipped topping onto the top of your chocolate pudding pie. It gives this dessert a nice finished look!
