I received a number of emails from people who wanted to join me in co-hosting the Creating Christmas event but had some questions. I apologize for any confusion and I will try to clarify things.
In my initial post I had asked people to co-host the event. Let me explain a little better what this means:
- In order to co-host Creating Christmas with me you need to commit to holding the same event at your own blog during the week of December 4 through December 10. During that week you will only blog about Christmas related projects. You can blog/post every day if you want or you can have other bloggers guest post for you……….as long as they are posting a Christmas project that they have done. The idea is to get us to CREATE rather than just PIN. At the end of the week, if you have successfully co-hosted this event, I will give you the linky party code and you can add it to your post on the final day – Saturday, December 10. Whether someone adds a project link at your blog or my blog or any other participating co-hosts blog, the link will appear on one master list. I know this is confusing to some but as we get close to the end of Creating Christmas, I will walk you through it.
- Does everyone have to co-host in order to participate? NO. If you already have stuff scheduled for your blog that week or you don’t feel like you can commit to a whole week of Christmas crafts, NO PROBLEM. You can still link up any of your Christmas projects over at this blog or any participating co-hosts blog. AND you can still help promote this event by grabbing the main party button or the “Don’t Just Pin, CREATE” button.
I hope that helped clarify everything. If you choose to co-host the event or have any questions, just shoot me an email {[email protected]} and let me know.
Due to the amount of content that is used without permission and proper credit, I am no longer allowing a full RSS feed. I value each and every reader so I hope you will click through and come visit!
XOXO
