Welcome to Be Inspired! I’m so glad you’re here!
So last week I mentioned that I was changing my weigh in day from Tuesday to Saturday. Last Saturday was my first time weighing in on my new day and I’m sooooo happy to report that I lost 5 pounds! It was about a week and a half in between weigh ins but I’m still happy with that 5 pounds. That makes 17.4 total since the first week in January. I’m losing slower than I have on my last few attempts (that were both extreme!) so while it’s taking some getting use to, I’ll take the slow loss. I’m eating the things I love while counting my Weight Watchers smart points and this plan is the best one for me.
