Baby News….It’s going to be a……

So, many of you know that I’m preggers. I have 2 girls. Emilee will be 7 tomorrow and Gracie is 4. We are expecting No. 3 in April and we SOOO want a boy because this will probably be our last.

Well, we had our ultrasound this morning. Our little one was being pret-ty stubborn. Face down. Then, face up. We did get to see the nice strong heartbeat and we saw the baby moving the lips and of course there was a hand up by the face making it much harder to get some good pics.

Anyhow…….the tech was pretty confident that it’s a BOY!! I mean I definitely saw a little something….ummm, er…. “different” than I had seen with both girls! lol We could not be happier. I am completely over the moon! I totally LOVE my girls and would have been happy with another but I’m looking forward to this nice little chance. I grew up with 3 sisters and always wanted a brother so I’m excited to have a boy in the mix in my own family. 🙂

I had my last child 48 years ago…we had three…we did not have such “advance notice” technology with our babies back in the day.
But we knew it was a BIG baby..this last one our ours. At 9 lbs. 11 oz, we had ourselves another girl.
Hope the tech is right…in your case.

    MERRRY CHRISTMAS,
    Rose

  9. Congrats on your little boy, Im thinking its nice to be able to raise a girl and a boy. My friend is having her second and found out today she is having her second boy. I feel bad she will never get her little girl but we get what we get and no matter what the sex they are little blessings. Enjoy your new addition.

  10. Little boys are wonderful in so many special ways! Congratulations on adding another blessing to your family. I am due at the end of Jan, and we are getting the surprise (we do that for all of our children, except the last, Amelia ~ who was too sick to live). So happy for you and praying for a healthy rest of your pregnancy and delivery!
