Pumpkin Brownie Sundae

Posting a pumpkin brownie sundae is probably not the smartest thing to do since I’m doing 31 Days of Weight Loss Motivation but I couldn’t help myself! I picked up this Pumpkin Bar mix by Betty Crocker a few days ago and just had to give it a whirl.Pumpkin Brownie Sundae

Soo yummy!! And so easy to make! The mix only requires 2 ingredients:  butter and 1 egg and they bake up pretty fast and cool down time is a lot less than it is for brownies {isn’t it torture waiting for brownies to cool down?}Pumpkin Brownie Sundae

To make the sundae you just take 2 pumpkin bars (cut to whatever size you want) and place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle. Top with a squirt of whipped cream and you are good to go! The ones I made are bite size. I used 1 heaping tablespoon of ice cream and it was perfect! I added little orange and white striped flags to it for fun. Delish!!

I’m sharing the flag printables with you also. Click HERE to download a full sheet of them.
