Thanks so much for stopping by The Girl Creative!! My name is Diana and I’m the Jesus lovin’ mom of 3 who runs this creative little piece of real estate in blog land. I’ve been married for 9 years to my handsome police officer husband (who I met online!) and we live in NY (and not Utah! Ha!). Here I blog mostly about my creative little adventures whether it be sewing projects or DIY home decor or recipes. From time to time I will blog about every day life and that includes my family and my relationship with Jesus. I’m just an ordinary girl. I’ve been skinny and I’ve been fat (been??? lol). I’ve gone through the joys of motherhood and the sorrows of losses. I’ve relocated and started over. I’ve worked full time and I’ve been (and still am) a stay at home mom. I live in a small 1950’s cape and I’m just a plain jane. My laundry is almost always piled up and my kids are loud and energetic. I'm forgetful and sometimes really REALLY bad at replying to emails. I am not a very needy person and I'm pretty laid back and casual and you will probably see that in my blogging style. I like simple and quick projects. I’m far from fancy. I’m just a girl who loves to create and make people laugh.
I have a few little helpers who contribute to keeping this blog going. Jessica, Sarah, Stef, Abbie, Kalyn, Janny and Beverly make their appearance once a month and they all have something unique and fresh to offer.
