Printable Chalkboard Subway Art

TGIF! Can I get an amen?? I don’t know what it was about this week but it totally wiped me out! It wasn’t super busy but I found myself super tired this week. I’m so glad it’s finally Friday because that means no homework for my girls tonight. Woo hoo! I tell ya, homework time at my house is utter chaos. I have my 6 year old who talks and talks and talks and doesn’t want to do hers. Then I have my little guy who will be 2 in April who completely runs amuck. We call him fingers because he is just into everything. And then we have my poor 9 year old who is trying to focus with all of this other nonsense going on. It is cray cray! So when Friday rolls around I can breathe a sigh of relief. Please tell me I am not alone!

So it’s Free Printable Friday and yesterday I shared this design over at my friend Dawn’s blog, The Heartland (I’m going to be contributing over there on Thursdays so I hope you will stop by!)and I wanted to share it with you too. It is a Chalkboard Subway Art based on the song “I Know That You are For Me” by Kari Jobe. I first heard the song in church and there was just something very sweet and comforting about it. One of the lines goes “I know that you will never forsake me in my weakness” and that really speaks to my heart. As a police officers wife, a mom to 3 kids and just a woman in today’s day and age I find that many times I feel as though I fall short. I become weak and weary in my walk, weak and weary as a mom……wondering if I’m doing anything right and it’s those times where I’m reminded that God will never leave us for forsake us. What a great reminder that He loves us and pours out grace and mercy on us when we don’t deserve it.
If you have never heard the song, here is a link to it on You Tube. I know that it will bless you like it has blessed me.
I created this printable so that when printed it will fit into an 8×10 frame.
