Christmas Candy Jar

I’m blessed to say I have a lot of people in my “circle” and I’m happy that at least once a year I can show them how much I love and appreciate them. Even if it’s just a little something (and it usually is) and if I can put a smile on their faces then that’s all I care about.
I have friends who have been there for me through my ups and downs. Neighbors who bail me out when I’m running late and need to get my oldest on the bus in the morning. Teachers and bus drivers who I trust my kids to each day to keep them safe. Friends who have passed on all of their boy clothes to me so that I have only ever had to shop for Kole maybe twice…..those kind of people. The list goes on and I’m so blessed.
With that in mind, I decided to make these adorable and super easy Christmas Candy Jars to pass out.
When it was all said and done I had 12 gifts that cost me about $1.67 each.
12 pack of 1 pint Mason Jars (Walmart – under $8)
Tissue Paper (Hobby Lobby $1.99)
Chocolates (Walmart $2.78 each – I used about 3 1/4 bags)
Labels (Get Free Label HERE)
The project was not hard at all. I just put a mixture of candy in each jar, added some tissue paper to the top before screwing the lid back on and popped a label right on top. You will need a 2” circle punch for the labels. I used my EK Tools Flourish Punch for mine but feel free to just use scissors if you don’t have any craft punches.
Now you have a simple gift for all of the special people in your life.
Some other great uses for this jar gift:
Thank You Gift
Grab Bag Gift
Bus Driver Gift
Mail Person Gift
Garbage Man Gift
I will be linking this project up to Happy Hour at Design, Dining & Diapers, Weekend Wrap-Up at Tatertots and Jello
